No one enjoys being injured and we all know the fastest way to get back to moving well is to do your home exercises, but sometimes trying to remember the intricacies of each step, how to position yourself, when to breath, and what the whole thing is supposed to feel like … just gets a bit … well, overwhelming!

With the help of our online instructors each video will walk you through the CORRECT way to practice your home exercises, enabling you to fast track your rehab and recovery!
