We talk about how movement could be thought of as an opportunity and how this might assist us to motivate others to move, how the noise around movement principals might actually be harming our ability to encourage joyful movement and of course we wrap things up with some home play giving you the opportunity to mix up your movement experiences and the experiences of movement you give to others.
